AWE seeks to attract the most talented and passionate women entrepreneurs in Central Texas, regardless of business size, stage, or revenue. Instead, the common characteristics uniting all AWE members are: a focus on innovation and growth in their businesses, the desire to share and collaborate with other women entrepreneurs, and a vision of Central Texas as a leader in women's entrepreneurship.

We believe our greatest asset is our membership, and for this reason, we have developed a detailed membership process enabling us to select women whose values most closely align with our own. We also seek members who will commit their time to the organization and who will actively participate in events and our online community.
